Community Guidelines

SummitPilot event spaces should be useful, professional, inclusive, and safe for attendees, speakers, vendors, sponsors, and event teams.
Be constructive
- Keep posts and meet-ups relevant to the event community.
- Disagree with ideas without attacking people.
- Respect stated boundaries, accessibility needs, and communication preferences.
- Use clear, accurate titles and avoid repetitive promotion or spam.
Do not post
- Threats, harassment, hate speech, sexual exploitation, or encouragement of violence.
- Private personal information without permission.
- Fraud, impersonation, malicious links, or deceptive promotions.
- Copyrighted, confidential, or proprietary material you are not authorized to share.
- Instructions that create an immediate safety risk at the event or venue.
Vendor and sponsor conduct
Commercial participants must honor attendee lead-sharing choices. A connection, reaction, profile view, or event registration is not automatic consent for unrelated marketing.
Reporting and review
Use the flag control for event content or the support form for account and platform concerns. Flags go to authorized event moderators for review. A report does not automatically remove content or determine that a violation occurred.
Moderation actions
Depending on context and severity, moderators may leave content unchanged, provide guidance, hide or remove content, restrict participation, preserve evidence, or refer a matter to the event organizer, venue, platform owner, or appropriate authority.
Immediate safety
SummitPilot is not an emergency service. Contact venue security or local emergency services for immediate threats, medical emergencies, or urgent safety concerns.
