Terms of Use
Effective version: 2026-07-13 / Private pilot
These terms govern access to the SummitPilot private pilot. By creating an account, you agree to use the service responsibly and within the permissions assigned by the event organizer.
Private-pilot service
SummitPilot is an evaluation service and may change during the pilot. Features can be revised, limited, or temporarily unavailable. Pilot access does not guarantee a future paid plan, production release, or uninterrupted availability.
Accounts and security
- Provide accurate account information and keep credentials private.
- Use additional verification when required for privileged roles.
- Do not share one-time invitations, recovery codes, or private event links with unauthorized people.
- Notify support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Organizer responsibilities
- Invite only authorized administrators, speakers, vendors, and sponsors.
- Configure event visibility, permissions, moderation, and data collection appropriately.
- Obtain necessary rights and consents for uploaded or linked content.
- Provide event-specific notices when attendee information will be used outside ordinary event operation.
Acceptable use
- Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, discriminate against, or exploit other participants.
- Do not upload malware, probe security controls, scrape private information, or interfere with service operation.
- Do not publish illegal, deceptive, infringing, or unauthorized confidential content.
- Do not use attendee information for unrelated marketing without appropriate consent.
Content and moderation
Users retain responsibility for their content. Event organizers and SummitPilot may review, restrict, preserve, or remove content and accounts when reasonably necessary for safety, policy enforcement, security, or legal compliance.
Availability and pilot risk
The pilot is provided for evaluation without a production service-level commitment. Organizers should maintain independent copies of critical agendas, attendee instructions, venue plans, and emergency communications.
Ending access
Users may stop using the service at any time. Organizers or SummitPilot may suspend or end access for security concerns, policy violations, legal requirements, or conclusion of the pilot.
